To help accomplish our goal of perfectly planning every detail of your event, we have a set of integrated Online Planning Tools that every client has access to on their own password protected website. These tools are available to our clients 24x7 so updates can be made as needed.

 

Our online Music Database allows you to selct songs for your event and it also integrates with iTunes so that you can listen to song samples.

 

The planning information is submitted 2 weeks prior to the event and we meet in person to review everything together during our final planning meeting.

 

On the day of your event, we then use this information to coordinate with the rest of your vendors and catering staff to be sure that everyone is on the same page.
